INSTALLATION, PROGRAMMING AND INTEGRATION OF MOTOR CONTROL CENTER TO CENTRAL DCS FOR GREEN ENERGY INTERNATIONAL FLOW STATION OTAKIKPO, RIVERS STATE.
The project involved the installation and programming of a control system for the Motor Control Center at the Otakipo Flow Station. The entire MCC was then integrated into the Plant’s Honeywell DCS using Modbus TCP for remote monitoring and Control from the DCS Interface.

The project involved flow computer integration to central PLC and Plant HMI through Modbus TCP Protocol.
We also integrated the Plant PLC and RTU panel through Modbus RTU.
The SCADA graphics were modified as well for integration of added signals.
