INSTALLATION OF RTUs AND DEPLOYMENT OF WEB BASED SCADA
AXXELA LIMITED – (2023-Present)
This project involved the deployment of RTU Panels to capture information from Gas meters installed in 180+ PRMS stations in different parts of Nigeria. The information was captured using Modbus RTU and sent to a cloud server with the MQTT Protocol.
INSTALLATION OF CONTROL SYSTEM AND SCADA DEVELOPMENT
MAINSTREAM ENERGY – (FEBRUARY 2023 – APRIL 2023)
This project involved the upgrade of a legacy alarm control system to address obsolescence and improve operator control at Jebba Hydro Power Plant
The legacy control system was replaced with a Siemens S7 1500 PLC and Profinet Remote IO Modules for the different Generator Units to ensure modularity of the control system.

DESIGN, CONSRUCTION AND PROGRAMMING OF 1.4 MW MOTOR CONTROL CENTER
WASIL – (OCTOBER 2025 – DECEMBER 2025)
This project involved the design and construction of 1.4 MW MCC Panel. The panel contains a Siemens ET 200SP Remote IO System with a mixture of Digital and Analogue cards for the monitoring and control of different drives.
RE-ACTIVATION OF ELECTRONIC METERING SYSTEM
NGIC – 2025
This project involved the reactivation of the electronic metering system at Abeokuta Metering Station(City Gate) for NGIC
PROVISION OF SCADA INTEGRATION SYSTEM
NGIC – (2025)
This project scope involved the provision of SCADA Integration system for VFC LOT VII-OGIJO 11.4 12” & 4” for NGIC.
RETROFITTING OF POWER/COMMUNICATION MODULES OF EVCs
NGML – (JANUARY 2025 – MARCH 2025)
This project scope involved the retrofitting of power and communication modules of EVCs across certain NGML stations
WATER TREATMENT PLANT CONTROL SYSTEM RETROFIT
EBONYI STATE GOVERNMENT – (2024)
The project involved restoration of communication through PROFINET. Transmitters and valves were calibrated and integrated into the control system.
WATER TREATMENT PLANT CONTROL SYSTEM UPGRADE
BENUE STATE GOVERNMENT – (NOVEMBER – DECEMBER 2022)
The Makurdi Water treatment provides Water to the Makurdi area.
The project scope involved replacing the damaged drives as well as integrating them into a PLC using Modbus RTU. Several level meters were also integrated into the upgraded control system
The PLC system was integrated into an HMI with secure remote monitoring and control capabilities.
MULTIVARIATE TRANSMITTER PROCUREMENT, DEPLOYMENT AND SCADA INTEGRATION
CHGC – (MARCH – APRIL 2024)
Procurement ,calibration, installation and Integration to SCADA of a multivariate transmitter for a Gas Flow Station. The readings were captured using the Modbus RTU protocol and integrated into the station’s control system. The readings were transmitted via the RTU Panel to a central server for logging and display
INSTALLATION OF CONTROL SYSTEM FOR MCC AND INTEGRATION TO DCS
GREEN ENERGY – (JUNE 2021 – SEPTEMBER 2021)
The project involved the installation and programming of a control system for the Motor Control Center at the Otakipo Flow Station.
The SIMOCODE motor starters were integrated using PROFIBUS to a Siemens PLC with a local HMI.
The entire MCC was then integrated into the Plant’s Honeywell DCS using Modbus TCP for remote monitoring and Control from the DCS Interface.
UPGRADE OF FACTORYTALK SCADA SYSTEM
EXXON MOBIL
The project scope involved the complete upgrade of the FactoryTalk SCADA System for Mobil Production Nigeria.
FLOW COMPUTER INTEGRATION
NGML
The project involved flow computer integration to central PLC and Plant HMI through Modbus TCP Protocol.
We also integrated the Plant PLC and RTU panel through Modbus RTU.
The SCADA graphics were modified as well for integration of added signals.
CONTROL SYSTEM DESIGN AND FLOW COMPUTER INTEGRATION
OANDO (AUGUST 2021 – OCTOBER 2021)
The project was carried out at Ebendo (OML 56), an Oando Flow Station operated by Energia Limited.
The project scope involved the complete control system design and installation for the integration of flow transmitters and a Flow Computer into a PLC system with an HMI interface.
Aggregate readings like hourly, daily and monthly consumption figures were derived from the raw flow meter readings.
